Refund and Rescheduling Policy

At Range42 (operated by Workman Firearms LLC), our mission is to provide top-notch firearms training and service. Please note that all training classes are non-refundable. Instead, we offer the option to reschedule your class, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Rescheduling Policy

A. Rescheduling Your Class

  • Eligibility: If you are unable to attend your scheduled training class, you may request a reschedule at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Availability: Rescheduling is subject to alternative date availability. We will work with you to find a suitable session within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Credit Option: If immediate rescheduling is not possible, we may offer you a credit toward future training on a case-by-case basis.

B. Cancellation by Range42

  • If We Cancel: Should Range42 cancel a scheduled class, you will have the option to either reschedule to a new session or receive full credit toward future training.

  • Notification: We will inform you promptly of any class cancellations along with available alternative dates.

3. Non-Refundable Terms

  • Training Classes: All fees paid for training classes are non-refundable once your enrollment is confirmed and the payment processed.

  • Administrative Fees: Any administrative or processing fees incurred during registration are non-refundable.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased for training classes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Requesting a Reschedule

  • How to Request: To request a reschedule, please send an email to [email protected] with your enrollment details and the reason for your rescheduling request.

  • Processing Time: We will review and process rescheduling requests within 7-10 business days. Once approved, new training dates and any further instructions will be provided.

5. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Rescheduling Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services will indicate your acceptance of the revised policy.
